Cause: perivascular necrosis from administration of enrofloxacin SC intraoperatively when IV catheter vein blew, unknown to anesthetist at the time Due to short staffing, short supplies, and overcrowding, help is needed by rescues to take patient as her treatments are time and cost intensive. Adopter to follow up within 24 hours with a veterinarian for continued care. Pt will need consistent bandage changes over the next few weeks until wound has completely healed.
