Weight: 26# Intake Date 11/18/25 Intake Condition: INJURED Treatment History Differential Diagnosis: Treatment/Plan/Surgery: Domator/torb: 0.25ml each IM, clipped and cleaned wounds. The wound above the tarsal joint was fairly deep- tendon exposed. Closed with staples. E-collar for staff safety. Recommendations/After Care: OK to go to the shelter. Staple removal in 2 weeks. Ideally should be on antibiotics and pain medications.
