Stackz

Stackz is an adoptable male American Staffordshire Terrier looking for a home at Rowan County Animal Shelter in Salisbury, North Carolina. He is fully grown and medium in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 3 days left, listed due to behavior. Adopting Stackz, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

URGENT LAST DAY 8/26/26 This is Stackz a 5 yr old pit mix He is rescue only due to a bite. Please read below what staff had to say about this sweet boy. He is doing great at the shelter so we need a faster and rescue to help this boy get out please share and pledge to help save him. he also is heartworm negative. A151283 Stackz 501(c)(3) Rescue-Only Stackz is a 501(c)(3) rescue-only dog due to a previous bite. Unfortunately, we do not have any details on what triggered the bite, so all we can speak to is the behavior we've personally seen while caring for him. And with us, Stackz has been nothing but sweet. We have not seen any form of aggression from him. He can be a little distracted at times and will need some leash work, but underneath that reserved personality is a dog who clearly misses his family and wants to go home.
