He was easy to leash, but darted out of the kennel as soon as he was leashed. He walked nicely on leash while bypassing the other kennels, and was easy to collar. In the catch pen, his body was neutral, his eyes were neutral, and his tail was neutral. He entered the yard, and exchanged tense greetings with the other dogs. He quickly became overwhelmed, and began growling, lunging, and snapping at the other dogs. He was easy to steer with a verbal correction, and immediately laid down with his ears back while making eye contact with the handler. He did not move until the handler called. He approached the handler with a relaxed body to solicit petting. He roamed the yard with a neutral body, but continued to tense up when he was near the other dogs. He remained easy to steer. He slowly became more comfortable around the other dogs, and began greeting them with a relaxed body, soft eyes, an open pant, and a neutral tail wag. He did not engage in play, but was able to coexist with the other dogs after some guidance from the handlers. Yuki is tolerant of the other dogs, has a medium energy level, and does not have a playstyle at this time.
