Natash

Natash is an adoptable female Pit Bull Terrier looking for a home at El Paso Animal Services in El Paso, Texas. She is fully grown and large in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 3 days left, listed due to behavior. Adopting Natash, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Natash is having a hard time being a shelter dog, but give him a chance outside the kennel and you'll see a completely different side of him. He's currently on our at-risk list because we've been seeing signs that the shelter environment is becoming increasingly stressful for him. That's why his recent Doggy Day Out was so important. It gave us a chance to see the playful, outgoing, and incredibly sweet dog underneath all that stress. Natash was amazing with kids and people, walked beautifully on leash, and had a blast being outside. He loved running, playing fetch, and even did great on a hike. And, of course, he was very happy to accept a pup cup along the way. He's also shown interest in other dogs without being aggressive. If you have a furry family member at home, Natash would love to meet them before making things official and heading home. We know the shelter isn't bringing out the best in Natash.
