He has been sitting in a shelter kennel since July 31st, and now his time is running out because the shelter is over capacity and length of stay has exceeded 25 days. This beautiful German Shepherd mix is described by the shelter veterinarian as friendly and amenable to handling. He does have hip dysplasia and needs further evaluation, including radiographs and long term management. But he is a young dog who deserves the opportunity to receive that care. He deserves someone to look at him and see a life worth saving. Instead, he is sitting in kennel D82 with a deadline hanging over his head.
