Appears curious of other dogs as we passed but did not like barking. Offered treats- no chicken but liked hot dogs. Mostly watched others and wandered in yard. Easy return to kennel. 8/22/2026 Easy to leash from kennel, playful, non reactive to dogs, liked chew toys, playful in meet and greet, easy to return to kennel, did not show signs of \"yellow\" requesting re-evaluation 8/13/2026 Able to verbally coax dog inside with no issues. Offered treats & leashed while dog would have a relaxed body. Walked to a M&G room for a \"Mock M&G\". Approached 2nd handler while having a relaxed body. Placed front paws onto 2nd handlers knees while allowing all petting. Handler dropped leash, dog would explore room then approach both handlers with a relaxed body, soliciting attention. Took treats from handler gently. Would keep seeking attention from both handlers & allowing petting while continuously placing front paws onto knees. Picked up leash & walked back to kennel while having no pull on leash. Entered into kennel & removed leash by hand without issues. Interested parties should be counseled on providing this dog with proper decompression time in a new home.  Allowing time to adjust is important for their comfort and well-being.  Adopters should be counseled on proper dog-to-dog introductions, which should only occur after the dog has fully decompressed. Families should be counseled on safe containment and supervision practices. Based on previous notes, placing NO CHILDREN as a REQUIREMENT. Due to previous notes, scoring dog @ a \"YELLOW\" overall score. 8/12/2026 Dog was on bed on approach, appeared nervous but quickly softened when coaxed, began wagging tail, approached readily. Easy to leash. Walked loose leash, wagging tail, occasionally jumped up and spun around, appearing excited. No issues navigating to sick yard. In yard, dog explored with relaxed body language, came to handler, allowed petting. After a couple minutes, clinic techs stopped outside of yard, dog became slightly stiff, watched carefully. Techs entered yard to administer booster. Dog allowed light restraint. Techs exited yard. Dog would approach handler, become still, tail flagged. Handler called dog, clapped hands, spoke softly. Dog softened slightly, came forward, but remained slightly tense if handler reached out. Second handler entered yard to gauge dog's reaction. Dog stood near first handler, still body, tail flagged. Second handler sat on bench, dog slowly approached, allowed petting but body language remained stiff. Dog would lick handlers' arms and hands, gentle tail wag, then become still again. Handler applied clip lead as precaution. Dog walked loose leash with wagging tail on return. Entered kennel easily, attempted to push out, leash removed via clip lead. 8/12/2026 Timid, tail tucked when approached in yard, allowed handling and vaccine booster with light restraint. 8/9/2026 Dog moved out of S Medical. Dog got up and approached the front of the kennel as handler appproached and was leashed easily. The dog walked without issue with the handler from S medical over to D building. The dog walked easily into kennel and the leash was retrieved without issue. 8/9/2026 Dog was taken into meet and greet room for m&g. Dog was carried in by handler and allowed all petting and handling. Dog was placed on floor by handler and was nervous at first. PA coaxed dog over and dog jumped with front paws onto her lap. Dog was interested in PAs and jumped onto their laps and sought attention. PA got up from chair and called dog over. Dog ran over and jumped up on PA legs for attention then nipped at forearm. Handler ended meet and greet right away and picked up dog. Handler asked to see PAs arm. Dog did not punture skin and handler asked if PA was okay, she said yes. Handler carried dog back to kennel. Dog returned to kennel and allowed handler to remove leash by hand without any issues. 8/8/2026 Dog did not eat, laying on karanda bed. adding in wet food. 8/7/2026 Did not eat just laying on the bed looking up at me 8/4/2026 At front of kennel with tail tucked, timid, softened up and came forward when handler baby talked, not interested in treat offered. Easy leash placement, walked with easy leash pull to small play yard, some stop n go to sniff and will pull towards dogs with tail flagged needing coaxing to continue on walk otherwise no issues walking to yard. Once in yard dog would explore distant from handler, went potty, would begin to solicit attentions with handler, shakes off and has loose tail and soft body when interacting with handler. Startled by loud noises outside of yard, would stay close to handler all of evaluation accepting pets. Walked back to kennel with no issues, interested in dogs in passing with more loose tail wag, soft body, sniffs and disengages interactions on own.
