Evaluation Notes: Dog is laying in kennel upon approach with a tense and trembling body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a tucked tail. He displays sociability with me by coming over to greet with a trembling body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a low wagging tail. He is easy to leash and walk out of kennel where he retreats back into kennel seemingly as dog bark at him. He is easy to pick up and carry outside. He is hyper-vigilant while outside and maintains space form other handlers with a tense body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a low tail while pacing in the yard. He is observed attempting to dog out from under fence and is easy to redirect. Returning to kennel, he pulls heavily on leash.
