This dog has a large testicular mass and abnormal urine consistent with an infection in the urinary tract. He would benefit from a neuter, possible pathology of his testicle, and continued therapy with antibiotics. This dog was diagnosed with a Sertoli cell tumor that was removed during his neuter. This type of tumor has a low metastatic rate, and there was no evidence of metastasis on chest x-rays. He is being treated for a prostate infection and may need additional veterinary care.
