Jewels is an adoptable female Bull Terrier looking for a home at Prince Georges County Animal Services in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. She is fully grown and medium in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 2 days left, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Jewels, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Meet Jewels (A572830) 🤎🖤🤍 🗓️ 3 years old ♀️ Female ⚖️ 39 lbs 💕 Meet Jewels ' A Pretty Little Brindle Girl With an Easygoing Personality 💕 Jewels is a sweet, compact girl with a playful side and an easygoing personality. Volunteers describe her as dog friendly, super friendly in playgroup, and a tiny sweet thing. She can be playful, takes correction well, and seems to enjoy being around both people and dogs. ❤️ She is also very easy to manage on leash and doesn't pull hard, which makes walks with her a pleasure. During one outing, Jewels took a very long pee break and had three poops outside, so her volunteer thought she may already have some house-training experience. 🥰 Because it was so hot, playtime was kept short, but Jewels was happy to explore and was not picky about treats. She even enjoys a little tug-of-war ' although apparently she is generous enough to let her human win. 😂 Jewels sounds like one of those dogs who is easy to spend time with: sweet, manageable, playful without being overwhelming, and happy to enjoy whatever is happening around her. At just 39 pounds, she's also a nice, manageable size.
