Joy is an adoptable female Pit Bull Terrier looking for a home at Prince Georges County Animal Services in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. She is fully grown and medium in size. She walks on a loose leash, checks in with her handler, and has the most adorable ears: one up, one down.
