Winston is an adoptable male Pit Bull Terrier looking for a home at Prince Georges County Animal Services in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He is senior and medium in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with just one day left, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Winston, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

And honestly? That's perfectly okay. It was Winston's walk, and he was determined to take in all the sights and smells! 🥰 💕 Independent Explorer: Winston wasn't interested in food during his test, either, so treats definitely weren't going to distract him from his important exploring duties. 😂 Maybe Winston is the kind of dog who doesn't need to be the center of attention'he just wants a good walk, plenty of new smells, and a chance to experience the world at his own pace. 🐾🌿 🐶 Polite with Other Dogs: Winston met Tyrone and had a nice, polite greeting, although Tyrone wasn't overly interested in making a new bestie. Winston took it all in stride. ❤️ 🧠 Ready to Blossom: Winston may simply need some time away from the loud, stressful shelter environment to relax and show us more of who he is.
