Intake: stray possibly hit by car 📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: None 🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: S/O: QAR, reluctant to stand. Small, mostly healed, superficial abrasions on L cheek. History of being reluctant to move, possibly lame on RR. Unable to get good visual of lameness due to dog being reluctant to stand. Per AEO, will react poorly when RR manipulated as well as possible history of being hit by a car A: DDX: fracture, soft tissue injury P: Carprofen 75 mg SID , Gabapentin 200 mg BID q 7 days, radiographs on Rescue Only: 🏷 This pet can only be tagged by a RESCUE group but please remember all rescues need 𝗙𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦 in order to tag this pet and save their life.
