deadline 9/8/2026 Meet Onyx an 11 yr old senior! This poor dog was surrendered to the shelter because they said they had allergies. They took him in from a family member and only had him a few weeks. Can you imagine what This poor senior dog is going through. You can see it on his face, the worry and confusion. They did say he was good with other dogs. He's good with children. He loves car rides. He's leash trained potty trained. I sure hope someone will come tomorrow and adopt this sweet boy. He does not need to be in the Shelter any longer. He is heartworm positive, but has been treated at the Shelter. Someone please come to meet this sweet boy. It is inexpensive to continue his heartworm treatment. Onyx walks well on a leash, loves attention, and has so much love to give. He does have some allergies and is currently being treated for heartworms, but he's ready to find someone who will love him through it all.
