So excited, in fact, that he would like to personally apologize for his blurry photos. 😂📸 We tried to get a nice, clear picture' Toby said, 'Absolutely not, I have places to go and people to meet!' 😂 He just couldn't sit still long enough for the camera to catch him because he was too busy showing off his happy personality. So while Toby may not be the most photo-genic pup, we promise he is much cuter in person!
