Hennessy has all the things a great dog should. Came in as an owner surrender on 7/29/26 and is available NOW. Hennessy is not looking for a lot. She has standards, but they are reasonable. A soft place to sleep. Someone who appreciates a good sniff. A few pets. Easy walks. And snacks. Lots of snacks. Hennessy is 10 years old and has been at the shelter since July 29. Despite having her whole world changed when she came here, she seems to be taking it all in stride. Sweet. Easygoing. Happy to hang out. She sits for treats without being asked because she believes in being prepared. She just wants to be near her people, enjoy the little things, and have a home where she belongs. Ten years old. More than a month waiting. And still this good. We think Hennessy has waited long enough for the soft place to sleep. 🐾
