Jax is an adoptable male German Shepherd looking for a home at Pima Animal Care Center in Tucson, Arizona. He is fully grown and large in size. Bio : Jax is a super handsome and very good boy who was adopted from The Humane Society and spent two years in a home before being surrendered to PACC. His former family told us that he has done well with kids and with both small and large dogs. He was well- behaved when left home alone, was house trained, and was described as an affectionate couch potato who loves toys, likes car rides and knows tricks. What he truly loves the most though is being close to his humans!! Jax has quickly endeared himself to staff and volunteers at the shelter, with one friend sharing: 'I fell in love with Jax the first time I met him- he is friendly, happy and just such a good boy! I have walked him many times and most often spend time with he and his kennelmate in a play yard. Jax is always well- behaved, affectionate and perfect- a smart, handsome GREAT dog!!' Jax shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Ask to meet Jax today!!
