Sandy

Sandy is an adoptable female American Bulldog looking for a home at Dallas Animal Services in Dallas, Texas. She is fully grown and medium in size. She is listed on the shelter's euthanasia list, listed due to lack of space, and that date has now passed. Shelters often move these dates, so Sandy may still be waiting. The shelter can confirm.

Sandy is a sweet girl who is still learning to feel comfortable in her surroundings. She can be nervous in her kennel and may take some time to warm up to new people. In playgroup, Sandy preferred to keep to herself and communicated when she needed space. With patience, understanding, and a little time, Sandy is hoping to find someone who will give her the opportunity to come out of her shell and show her personality. Sandy is currently at risk for euthanasia due to DAS being overcapacity in our dog population. Sandy is beginning to show signs of kennel stress.
