He is not interested to walk on leash and crawls to me for affection and seemingly nervous as he hides his head in my lap. He is able to crawl to another handler for affection. He lays in my lap and then rolls over for affection. He is not interested to walk on leash nor interact with other dogs and hides as other people/dogs walk nearby laying down and avoiding eye contact. When his kennel mate comes over, he lays atop him briefly. He is able to be carried back to kennel.
