She's euth listed at Roswell Animal Services due to severe kennel stress. Bella came into the shelter as a stray and the shelter believes she never had an actual home and has been on her home for a long time. She was brought in by county and picked up in a very remote area. The shelter is a very loud and chaotic place for any dog never mind one that's probably never ever been inside. Bella has no idea what's going on and really needs a miracle. Bella has to have a rescue commitment because she's more than likely still fairly feral but the shelter believes once she's out of the shelter she will be a completely different dog. video:
