Intake Info: PBSO brought this dog to the shelter after it was found loose in a neighborhood. We scanned for a microchip and didn't locate one, named this boy Chip. Chip is on stray hold until 9/15/26. Medical: Chip is an 8 year intact male dog who weighs 7lbs. Chip is HW negative & UTD on vaccines. During his vet exam the following was notes - no nasal or otic discharge. Eyes; thick matting of hair, medial canthus of both eyes, Oral; Grade 3/4 dental tartar and gingivitis, would not allow complete oral exam H/L; Grade 3/6 heart murmur, good femoral pulses, no abn pulmonary sounds, normal inspiratory and expiratory chest movements. Abd; tense but no abn MS; amb x 4, no joint swellings Integument; entire coat overgrown and needs grooming GU; two testicles, adult intact male dog, FAS-0, HS-4 (heart murmur, moderate and severe dental disease) Staff Notes: Sweet dog who did well for processing.
