Day 1. 9/13/2026 Did not eat Day 3, sleeping on bed woke up during inventory but did not get up to greet at door. - Offered 2 TBS wet food and treat. Dog took treat, dog did not eat wet food. Placed \"add wet food\" sign in kennel sleeve 9/12/2026 Dog did not eat day 2 9/11/2026 k9 didnt eat kibble offered 9/11/2026 Dog was laying down on the ground on the outside portion of kennel when handler came to move dog. Even after calling and offering hot dog treat, dog continued to lay on ground. Handler came around to outside, dog took hot dog treat gently. Handler gently leashed dog, and dog slowly came out of kennel. Dog very slowly walked next to handler, and would stop at doorways unless handler was in doorway, then dog would walk through. Dog initially pulled away when trying to enter new kennel, even with treats, and handler gently muzzle wrapped and placed dog into kennel. Dog took hot dog treat gently. Easy to leash and pull from kennel, slowly walking through kennel building. Dog walked slowly beside handler when walking towards new kennel building. Dog stayed still, sniffing around when handler was putting on PPE. Dog stopped in front of door, waiting for handler to unlock door.
