At approximately 1430 hours, The reporting party parked her vehicle in her driveway and went to close front gate while carrying her 4-year-old daughter. At this time, A5796665 was at large in front of the reporting partys property and lunged towards the RP's daughter, attempting to bite. RP was able to close the gate without any injuries. Lars first jumped on the runner in a playful manner before proceeding to lead the way with a strong pull on the leash, bypassing his neighboring kennels. Once inside the catch pen, Lars remained calm during collar and leash placement prior to being allowed into the yard. Once inside, he exchanged greetings with some of the dogs, exhibiting a relaxed posture during the interactions. Following the introduction, Lars moved on to explore the environment while sniffing the dogs he met along the way. He occasionally approached the handlers to solicit petting.
