KHOA - On August 21, 2026, at approximately 0900 hours, A5796665 was at large in front of **** and lunged towards the reporting party while she closed her front gate. No injuries were sustained. At approximately 1430 hours, The reporting party parked her vehicle in her driveway and went to close front gate while carrying her 4-year-old daughter. At this time, A5796665 was at large in front of the reporting partys property and lunged towards the RP's daughter, attempting to bite. RP was able to close the gate without any injuries. A5796664 was at large with A5796665, however she was not involved in either incident. NFD. Lars A5796665 (Intact) was at the front of the kennel with a relaxed demeanor and a soft tail wag upon the runner's arrival. He was easily leashed and exited the kennel on his own. Lars first jumped on the runner in a playful manner before proceeding to lead the way with a strong pull on the leash, bypassing his neighboring kennels. Once inside the catch pen, Lars remained calm during collar and leash placement prior to being allowed into the yard. Once inside, he exchanged greetings with some of the dogs, exhibiting a relaxed posture during the interactions. Following the introduction, Lars moved on to explore the environment while sniffing the dogs he met along the way. He occasionally approached the handlers to solicit petting. For the rest of the session, he continued roaming the yard, appearing comfortable around the dogs, though he showed no interest in engaging in play with them.
