Evaluation Notes: 09/13/2026 - Limited evaluation due to medical Dog is nervous upon approach with a tense body, wide eyes, and outwards facing ears. He is able to be leashed where he flinches at first. He slowly walks out of the kennel with a limp and starts thrashing on the leash and attempts to bite the leash. When attempting to carry him back to kennel, he squrims and snaps where he is muzzled and carried back to kennel. He allows me to remove the muzzle and his leash easily.
