Meet 12 month old puppy Willow ID #A2094637 12-month-old Labrador Retriever mix Female | Black/White DOB: 9/5/2025 Weight: 54.8 lbs Intake date: 9/5/26 ⸻ 🩺 MEDICAL NOTES: Willow tested heartworm NEGATIVE and received her DA2PP, Bordetella and rabies vaccines, deworming and preventative. On 9/16, Willow developed a URI with nasal discharge and was started on doxycycline (200 mg + 50 mg). ⸻ 🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES: Willow's notes repeatedly describe a relaxed, friendly young dog who is easy to leash and walks beautifully on a loose leash. She greets staff with a loose body, wagging tail and soft, open mouth. She has been relaxed outdoors, enters and exits her kennel without problems, and settles down on her bedding after walks. Willow can be vocal in the kennel and has occasionally barked when people pass, but she has also frequently been noted as quiet and relaxed in her kennel. At just 12 months old, Willow is still a puppy navigating a loud and stressful shelter'and her notes show how nicely she responds once someone comes to take her out.
