She entered the play yard with soft body language. She was approached by a female Dogo and tolerated her sniffing her, but she was timid. She then began to calmly roam the yard and explore. She was tolerant of dogs trailing her to sniff her. She continued to calmly roam the yard and tolerate other dogs approaching her and sniffing her, but she remained timid. She remained calm and tolerant for the rest of her time in the yard, but she appeared more comfortable around the calm dogs. There were dogs playing during her time in the yard, but she did not engage in or entice any play. She was wary of the handlers in the yard and would not approach them. Luna is tolerant of the other dogs and displayed no play style at this time. She would likely do best with a calmer dog. See handling assessment for further stipulations. The handler knelt and called to her, but she did not approach. The handler slowly approached her and picked up hear leash. She allowed the handler to pet her head. She allowed the handler to check her teeth with no reaction. She allowed the handler to check her ears with no reaction. She allowed the handler to touch her tail with no reaction. She allowed the handler to touch and lift all her paws with no reaction. She displayed no negative or conceming behavior toward the handler, but she is timid and does best with a slower approach Due to her need for a slower approach and trust building, she would ikely do best in an adult only home or with older respectful kids.
