Lasie

Lasie is an adoptable female Siberian Husky looking for a home at Dallas Animal Services in Dallas, Texas. She is senior and large in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list and today is the last day, listed due to medical. Adopting Lasie, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Lasie is a 6-year-old female dog in need of a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide continued medical care and support. She has ongoing urinary tract infections (UTIs) and is also suspected of having possible kidney disease. Lasie will require further diagnostic testing and veterinary evaluation to determine the underlying cause of her ongoing medical concerns and the most appropriate treatment plan. Unfortunately, these additional diagnostics are not available through DAS. Lasie would benefit from a stable, supportive environment where she can receive the follow-up veterinary care, diagnostic testing, and treatment she needs. With appropriate medical evaluation and ongoing care, she may have the opportunity to improve her quality of life.
