Masses on both elbows each of them also with draining tracts. M/S-WNL Neuro-WNL Urogenital-WNL Assessment: adult female with epidermal masses on face and both elbows. all with draining tracts. DDX: neoplasia, furunculosis/deep infection, cocci, open. Prognosis poor to guarded. Plan: start cephalexin 750mg po bid x 7 days. Dog needs follow up with family vet for biopsies and long term treatment. Due to extent of lesions, dog will not be undergoing anesthesia or surgery at MCACC. Dog is not available for PUFA or foster.
