Harvester

Harvester is an adoptable male American Staffordshire Terrier looking for a home at The Animal Foundation in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is fully grown and large in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 2 days left, listed due to behavior. Adopting Harvester, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

Harvester is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. He is a sweet boy and loves to go out on walks. He recently got into a altercation with another dog while being loose. He did not cause any injuries towards the other dog but showed negative behaviors during this interaction. He is currently being monitored for an unrelated injury and in order to prioritize his healing further testing in playgroup is unable to be performed. Due to his behavioral decline and time to heal he needs out of the shelter. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
