Maria is an adoptable female German Pinscher looking for a home at San Antonio Animal Care Services in San Antonio, Texas. She is a young adult and medium in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list and today is the last day, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Maria, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Evaluation Notes: 09/11/2026 - Play Group - 1 of 2 in kennel Dog displays sociability with handler by coming over to greet with a loose body and a wagging tail and is walked into the yard. She displays sociability with male and female dogs observed with by greeting appropriately and coexisting with a loose body and a wagging tail where she is most interested in interacting with kennel mate. She communicates appropriately for space. She is easy to return to kennel.
