He is intact. ⸻ 🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES: Old Man was described as timid at intake and is clearly struggling with fear and stress. He was separated from the dogs he arrived with after growling and fighting with his 'siblings.' In his kennel, Old Man has displayed a tense body, whale eyes and growling. When leashed, he became frightened and thrashed, and on another occasion he was too hesitant to walk and needed to be carried to another kennel.
