Dog was observed presenting tense greetings when inside play yard. Dog did protest shake bottle and pet corrector. Dog is also barrier reactive. Dog kept to self for duration of play group. 09/22/26 Dog appears to continue to decline in shelter environment. Dog is lunging and alarm barking at handler during walk through.
