STAFF OBSERVATIONS 08/26/26 Dog appears fearful/ unsocial in kennel environment. Dog cowers in back of kennel and will not approach handler. No kennel mate at this time. 08/28/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed presenting nervous behaviors upon entry and started to mildly exit seek. Dog tolerated greetings and kept to self while loosening up in play group. 09/22/26 Dog appears to continue to decline in shelter environment. Dog is height seeking and stress panting throughout observation.
