Hawfinch

Hawfinch is an adoptable male American Staffordshire Terrier looking for a home at DeKalb County Animal Services in Chamblee, Georgia. He is a young adult and large in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list and today is the last day, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Hawfinch, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

Hawfinch is a handsome, young boy wondering what he's doing in a scary shelter. He may have had a home once but not a good one so he's hoping his next one will be better. He's a good looking dog with his black, white and tan coloring and medium size at 47 pounds. He's a bit shy with people and just needs some time to get to know you. When he sees other dogs, he gets all excited and he's enjoyed playing with other dogs here at the shelter.
