Intake Info: Scout (A2345641) is a young pup who was picked up by our Animal Care and Control officer. Medical: Heartworm not detected. Scout is emaciated with a poor coat. He has a good appetite, but there have been reports of him vomiting after eating. He also has hookworms and will need continued parasite treatment. Request to Rescues: Scout is in need of a rescue that can provide him with plenty of TLC, double feedings, continued parasite treatment, and close monitoring to ensure he is eating, keeping his food down, gaining weight, and receiving the proper care he needs to thrive. He is a young puppy who unfortunately has not had the best start in life, and we are hopeful a rescue will step up to give Scout the care, support, and safe place he needs to grow into the happy, healthy pup he deserves to be.
