STAFF OBSERVATIONS 09/23/26 Dog was reportedly charging at people in the unfenced front yard near corner of Central Ave and Old Settlers Ln. Utilized chemical immobilization in Field for humane capture due to evasiveness from ACO's, reported aggressiveness, and location of being next to busy street to reduce traffic hazard potential. 09/28/26 14:55 during kennel walk through observed charge and lunge at kennel door while attempting to bite. after a moment of coaxing dog remained front of kennel stiff while growling and showing teeth. use caution if handling 10/06/26 Able to leash dog in kennel with soft coaxing and dog did sniff and walk into the leash. Walked well to play yard and solicited attention from multiple handlers. Dog allowed itself to be pet and went back to the kennel with no issues. Elevated temp 104.5F. Intake care performed: Held off at this time due to elevated temp Weight: Done Photo: Unable to due to pt sedated/waking from sedation Scanned for Microchip: 941000032648563 Intake vaccines: Held off at this time due to elevated temp Rabies vaccine: Lot #: Expiration: Flea control/tick: Held off Other care Provided: Due to elevated temp, per RVT ok to admin SQF 200mL, wet patient and placed in front of fan. Pt was beginning to wake up during fluids, placed in rollie and allowing to continue to cool down to normal temps before administering vaccines and processing.
