Charlie is an adoptable male Shepherd looking for a home at Riverside County Animal Services-Riverside in Jurupa Valley, California. He is a young adult and large in size. STAFF OBSERVATIONS 09/10/26 Dog was observed giving and receiving appropriate greetings, play bowing to several dogs to solicit play, was social with dogs and handlers. 09/16/26 Dog participated in play group style today. 10/02/26 13:31 Dog participated in play group style today. 10/06/26 13:53 Dog appears to be declining in shelter environment. Dog is in back of kennel and will not approach handler despite soft coaxing. Appears to be doing well with kennel mate at this time.
