During intake, he escaped from the vehicle and became extremely distressed when restrained. On 10/8, he was observed pulling tightly on leash, repeatedly rearing onto his hind legs and tossing his head. A more relaxed observation described him as quiet in his kennel, with a wiggly body and open mouth, hopping around and sniffing curiously outside.
