Scooby

Scooby is an adoptable male Terrier looking for a home at Miami-Dade Animal Services in Doral, Florida. He is a young adult and medium in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list and today is the last day, listed due to behavior. Adopting Scooby, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

Bobby still urgently needs an experienced rescue. His blast warned that his pathway could include an immediate euthanasia deadline. We do not have a confirmed deadline to share, but he needs help NOW. Bobby entered the shelter after an incident involving another dog during which he redirected and a bite occurred. His triggers remain unclear, and his interactions with other dogs need further evaluation. Outside his kennel, Bobby showed a very different side. During his assessment, he was calm, easy to leash and walked nicely. In the play yard, he sought affection and stayed close to his handlers, with no reactivity or concerning behavior observed during that assessment. He also returned calmly to his kennel. The shelter environment may be contributing to his barrier reactivity. Bobby needs a knowledgeable rescue that can safely evaluate him and provide the structure and support he needs. video: facebook.com/reel/1765414618086902/ A2814887 Animal Name: SCOOBY aka BOBBY Located At: Miami-Dade Animal Services Kennel Number: TB04R Description: I am an unaltered male, brown brindle Terrier.
