A dog's behavior may change based on surroundings, training, medical, socialization, and life experiences.' In the catch pen he had a soft body and a low tail wag as he solicited affection to the runner as they easily clasped the collar around his neck. He entered the play yard timidly. He was approached by a male great Pyrenees and exchanged a timid greeting with him. He was approached by a female lab mix and exchanged a timid greeting with her. He roamed and explored the yard. He was approached by a male Doberman mix and exchanged a timid greeting with him. He was tolerant of the male Doberman jumping on him and trying to initiate play with him. He walked away and roamed the yard. He would slowly approach handlers in the yard to solicit affection. He remained tolerant for the rest of his time in the yard. He would benefit from confidence building and continued socialization. Peanut is tolerant of other dogs and has no play style at this time.
