Evaluation Notes: 10/08/2026 - Continuing to work with dog, behavior has improved. Upon approach dog is under bed. She is interested in high value treats offered to her on ground and crawls out to consume treats, retreating after with a tense and trembling body and wide eyes. Bed is removed where she retreats further away from me with a tense and trembling body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a tucked tail while holding one paw up. She is interested in continued high value treats offered to her on ground and comes closer for continued treats where she takes treats gently from hand. Upon re-approach on same side of kennel, she displays sociability by sniffing my clothing and continues to take treats gently from hand with a tense and trembling body, wide eyes and a tucked tail. She is given space. Animal ID: A829210 Breed: CHIHUAHUA SH / BLEND Color: TAN / WHITE Age: 2 Years Kennel: S3047 Days At Shelter: 9 Due Out Date: 10/10/2026
