Melvin

Melvin is an adoptable male Pit Bull Terrier looking for a home at DeKalb County Animal Services in Chamblee, Georgia. He is fully grown and large in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list and today is the last day, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Melvin, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

Melvin is a good boy, 4 years old and 54 pounds. He's very playful, loves toys and chasing them. Volunteers took him out for his photo session and he was very engaging and happy. He ran around carrying toys and had a big smile on his face and a constantly wagging tail. He was so thrilled to spend time out of his kennel, get attention and have a chance to play. Melvin hasn't had much stability in his life and he's long overdue. Check out his video and photos and then come meet him. He might be just what you want and you might be just what he needs.
