Mei-Mei

Mei-Mei is an adoptable male Shepherd looking for a home at Dallas Animal Services in Dallas, Texas. He is a young adult and large in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with only 3 days left, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Mei-Mei, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

Mei-Mei is a fun-loving, energetic boy who's always ready for his next adventure! Whether he's chasing tennis balls, splashing in the water (even when it's chilly!) or making new doggie friends, Mei-Mei brings plenty of enthusiasm to everything he does. He knows sit, walks well on leash and loves exploring his surroundings. While he can be a little sensitive to sudden movements and appreciates a gentle approach, his playful personality shines when he's having fun. Mei-Mei would be a great match for an active household that enjoys outdoor adventures and can help him continue building confidence and good potty habits. Due to capacity at the shelter, this pet is currently at risk for euthanasia. We are urgently seeking placement through adoption, foster, or approved rescue. If you are interested in adopting, fostering, or rescuing this dog, please email dasadopt@dallas.gov as soon as possible. When emailing, be sure to include a callback phone number so our team can contact you promptly.
