ID #A2101517 8-month-old female German Shepherd, brindle/white Weight: 47 lbs Intake: 10/10/26 Status: Rescue only ⸻ 🩺 Medical Notes: Sandler's intake examination was normal, and she tested heartworm negative. She received vaccinations, deworming, and flea/parasite prevention. No significant medical concerns were documented. ⸻ 🐾Behavior Notes: Sandler has repeatedly greeted staff with a loose, wiggly body, soft eyes, a happy open-mouth smile, and an enthusiastically wagging tail! She's often easy to leash and has walked nicely on a loose leash. Unfortunately, the shelter environment is overwhelming her. She's been pacing, vocalizing, and trying to rush through kennel gates. Despite her kennel stress, she's also shown relaxed, friendly behavior during walks. Sandler is an energetic young puppy who needs structure, patience, exercise, and a chance to learn outside the shelter.
