Thewella

Thewella is an adoptable female Shepherd looking for a home at Fulton County Animal Services in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a young adult and medium in size. She is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with just one day left, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Thewella, or even sharing her story, could save a life before it's too late.

Thewella is an absolute beauty with one brown eye, one blue eye, and a personality that's slowly coming out of its shell! Give Thewella a little patience and a few treats, and she'll start to show you more of herself. Volunteers have watched her go from cautiously exploring the yard to approaching them for attention, climbing into laps, and even sneaking in a kiss! Thewella enjoys sniffing and exploring at her own pace, walks nicely on leash once she's comfortable, and has done well meeting other dogs. She's looking for someone who will let her build confidence in her own time and appreciate all the sweet little moments along the way.
