STAFF OBSERVATIONS 06/05/26 Easy to leash. Walked well on leash to play-yard. In play-yard, dog solicited affection from handler with treats. Re-kenneled with no issues. 06/16/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. Dog was observed presenting appropriate greetings and remained social for duration of play group. 06/26/26 Dog participated in small playgroup. 07/06/26 Dog participated in single session enrichment with kennel mate today. 07/20/26 Dog participated in single session enrichment with kennel mate today. 08/08/26 Dog participated in small playgroup. 08/17/26 Dog participated in single session enrichment with kennel mate today. 09/01/26 Dog participated in play group style today. 09/22/26 Dog participated in small playgroup with kennel mate. 10/08/26 Dog participated in playgroup today. 10/20/26 14:56 Dog appears to be declining in shelter environment. Dog is alarm barking and height seeking throughout observation. Dog appears to be doing well with kennel mate at this time.
