Donny

Donny is an adoptable male Pointer looking for a home at Dallas Animal Services in Dallas, Texas. He is a young adult and medium in size. He is currently on the shelter's euthanasia list with just one day left, listed due to lack of space. Adopting Donny, or even sharing his story, could save a life before it's too late.

Donny is a laid-back guy who tends to keep to himself and seems tolerant of other dogs from our volunteer observations. He can be a bit nervous in new situations and may need some time to warm up to people and his surroundings. Once comfortable, Donny shows a calm and gentle demeanor that could make him a wonderful companion for a patient family. Contact us about Donny today! Donny is at risk for euthanasia due to the current shelter capacity. Currently the shelter is above capacity to adequately house and care for animals. Donny has been in shelter for over 60 days and would benefit from individualized attention with a foster, adopter or rescue partner.
