A dog's behavior may change based on surroundings, training, medical, socialization, and life experiences.' He was taken to the catch pen for the handling assessment after play group. The handler knelt and called to him. He approached with soft body language and began seeking affection. He allowed the handler to pet his head with no reaction. He allowed the handler to check his teeth with no reaction. He allowed the handler to check his ears with no reaction. He allowed the handler to touch and lift all his paws with no reaction. He allowed the handler to touch his tail without issue. He displayed no negative or concerning behavior toward the handler. After the handling, he continued to seek affection. He does jump up seeking attention and displayed some playful mouthy behavior at times. He was returned to his kennel without issue. Due to the behavior in the previous home with kids, he will need an adult only home and will require a known history of aggression disclosure form.✅
