A dog's behavior may change based on surroundings, training, medical, socialization, and life experiences.' He was easily collared by the runner in the catch pen and began seeking affection. He entered the play yard with soft body language. He was approached by a female Pitbull and exchanged a soft greeting with her. He was then approached by a male Pitbull and exchanged a soft greeting with him. He began to playfully bound around the yard and continued to exchange soft greetings with the other dogs. He was mounted by a male Pitbull and offered no corrections to this. The handlers had to steer the other dog away for him. He then offered a play bow to a female Pitbull, and they engaged in rough and rowdy play. He remained playful and social for the rest of his time in the yard, playing with both male and female dogs. He tolerated very high contact rough play and even rolled onto his back at times, while other dogs rough housed on top of him. He also remained very tolerant of a female Pitbull being very mouthy on him and vocal in her play. He never gave any corrections and never had any negative reactions to any of this, remaining soft and social. He would approach the handlers and seek affection. He displayed soft and social behavior with all the handlers and the runner. Chocolate is social with the other dogs and prefers a rough and rowdy play style. Due to behavior reported behavior from the previous home, he will require a known history of aggression disclosure to cover this. See handling assessment for further evaluation.
