He is able to be leashed where he is not interested in walking out of the kennel. As I walk out of the kennel, he rushes out with a tense body and tucked tail. He flails on leash for some time where he's able to adjust slowly and slowly walk outside with a lowered head and tucked tail. He walked into the yard quickly with a tense body, raised hackles, and tucked tail. He defecates and urinates in the grass. He is most interested in walking around independently and retreats from dogs attempting to greet him. He yelps as dogs initiate play and retreats with a tucked tail. He attempts to climb a ~6 foot fence where he is redirected by handlers. He retreats from handlers with a tucked tail, tense body, and flails on leash when his leash is secured. He has slowly walked back to the building where he freezes at the door and is easy to prompt in. He walks down the aisle with a tense body and tucked tail. He then freezes again and is prompted back into his kennel. Behavior possibly due to undersocialization.
